Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.5% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and daily transaction reports
- Contribute to branch goals through customer relationship building
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Federal banking compliance certification preferred
