Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Identify and cross-sell banking products (credit cards, loans, accounts) based on customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining service excellence
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions to ensure financial integrity
- Train junior tellers on procedures and customer service best practices
- Participate in branch marketing initiatives and community outreach programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in banking or retail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
