Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99% accuracy
- Resolve complex account inquiries using banking software
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for loans and investments
- Maintain compliance with federal banking regulations
- Train junior tellers on cash handling protocols
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies
- Support branch marketing campaigns during peak hours
Qualifications
- 2+ years of banking or cash handling experience
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Series 6/63 securities license preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of FINRA regulations
- Associate's degree in Finance or related field
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- NC notary public certification required
