Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve account discrepancies and investigate fraud concerns using established protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Train and mentor new tellers on operational procedures and compliance standards
- Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in a banking or retail environment
- Proven ability to maintain cash drawer accuracy within $100 variance
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation CC, BSA)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
