Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payments during weekend shifts
- Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure timely payment processing
- Implement and optimize AP workflows using SAP/Oracle systems
- Conduct quarterly audits and maintain financial documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury departments

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
