Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Vendor reconciliation and dispute resolution with strategic partners
- Month-end closing support with accruals and reconciliations
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and Concur platforms
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal audit readiness
- Cross-functional collaboration with procurement and treasury teams
- Process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years hands-on accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP and Concur system expertise required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record in process optimization
- AP certification (APC or CAPP) preferred
