Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and reconcile discrepancies
- Execute same-day payments through automated systems
- Maintain accurate AP records in QuickBooks Enterprise
- Collaborate with procurement on contract compliance
- Conduct month-end closing procedures
- Optimize payment workflows using automation tools
- Prepare financial reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Excel macros
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Proven success with daily pay implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
