Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Process payroll, AP/AR transactions with 99.8% accuracy rate
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Support audits and preparation of financial statements
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Expertise in reconciliations, financial reporting, and payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
- Ability to meet deadlines in a daily pay performance structure
- Active GA CPA license or equivalent certification
