Responsibilities
- Process and verify a high volume of invoices (A/P) for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage vendor relations, including resolving billing discrepancies and answering inquiries.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate audit trails.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) to update general ledger accounts.
- Implement and maintain AP workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
