Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize invoice workflows using Oracle NetSuite and Concur systems
- Collaborate with global vendors to resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger reconciliation
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for payment processing efficiency
- Train junior staff on AP best practices and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years AP experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel VLOOKUP
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and sales tax compliance
- Proven track record of process optimization in high-volume environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
