Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for high-volume transactions
- Optimize invoice reconciliation and vendor payment cycles using SAP/Oracle
- Lead month-end closing activities with precise journal entries
- Develop automation strategies to streamline AP workflows
- Conduct 3-way matching for PO/invoice/receipt verification
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor relationship management
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven track record of process automation implementation
