We're urgently seeking a meticulous Senior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ clients using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and subsidiary ledgers
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and maintain aging reports
- Assist with tax preparation and audit support documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification (CPA/CPB preferred)
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse industries
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) highly desirable
