We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to optimize our financial operations. This remote role offers flexibility while driving impact in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices (100+ daily) with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage 3-way matching for PO-based transactions
- Optimize A/P workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Led month-end closing for accounts payable
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Train 2 junior AP specialists on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Expert in NetSuite or SAP financial modules
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Experience with international vendor payments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of process improvement
