Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team in Austin, Texas. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while supporting our corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Manage and reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports and payment batches.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, including accruals.
- Maintain the vendor master file and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to resolve invoice routing issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
