Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage the processing of invoices, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain strong relationships with vendors. This role is crucial to our month-end close processes and overall financial health.

Responsibilities

  • Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors.
  • Manage the full AP cycle, including data entry, coding, and processing payments.
  • Maintain and update vendor master files and credit card records.
  • Assist with the month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
