Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling
- Conduct vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize payment terms
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities for vendor interactions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred
