Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice verification, data entry, and processing payments via wire transfer and ACH.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Leverage AP automation software to identify trends, reduce exceptions, and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate vendor records in the ERP system and manage vendor onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and account analysis.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and AP automation tools (e.g., Bill.com, Coupa).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and strong data entry accuracy.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and internal controls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
