Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including the verification, coding, and processing of invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update accurate vendor master files and credit memorandums.
- Process employee expense reports and reimbursements in accordance with company policy.
- Assist with month-end close procedures, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve vendor inquiries effectively.
