Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLA deadlines
- Optimize payment workflows using NetSuite ERP and Concur expense systems
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor contract terms
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Analyze aging reports and implement process improvements
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP subledger
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in mid-sized companies
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot tables)
- SAP or Oracle financial systems exposure preferred
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation a plus
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing vendor relationships and payment disputes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
