Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Reconcile GL accounts and conduct monthly AP audits
- Implement process improvements to reduce invoice processing time
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on budget controls
- Prepare weekly AP reports for leadership review
- Maintain compliance with SOX and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Accounts Payable Professional (APP) preferred
- Demonstrated success in high-volume payment processing ($10M+ annually)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with 3-way matching and procurement-to-pay cycles
