Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices in accordance with company policies and purchase orders.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, including reconciliation of accounts.
- Manage vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and handle vendor inquiries professionally.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) to input data and generate reports.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
- Reconcile credit card statements and bank accounts.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookup).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
