Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within 48-hour turnaround
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Optimize invoice processing workflow using SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Conduct month-end closing activities and accrual reviews
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience with high-volume processing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP/Oracle ERP certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven track record in payment cycle optimization
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
