Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for high-volume transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Process 3-way matching for invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts
- Implement and maintain internal controls for AP compliance
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor management
- Analyze AP data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal audit requirements
