Responsibilities
- Process Financial Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments for our diverse clientele.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding accounts and services, and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
- Cash Management: Maintain precise cash drawers, balance daily transactions, and ensure 100% accuracy in all financial activities.
- Sales & Service: Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to enhance customer value.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere to strict regulatory standards, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols.
- Administrative Support: Assist with account openings, form processing, and maintaining an organized and tidy branch workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with branch managers and staff to ensure a seamless customer experience for every visitor.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior banking experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Math Skills: Strong aptitude for basic arithmetic, counting, and money handling.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous nature is essential for managing cash and data with high precision.
