Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor reconciliation
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Conduct 3-way matching for POs, receipts, and invoices
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries within SLAs
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor contracts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel advanced functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
