Responsibilities
- Process 500+ weekly invoices with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships across 200+ partners
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Optimize invoice-to-payment cycle using NetSuite
- Lead month-end closing procedures
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma
- Train 2 junior AP specialists
- Conduct internal audits for compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years AP experience in mid-sized companies
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite/SAP
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Expertise in 3-way matching and PO validation
- Experience with international payments (FX)
- Proven track record of process optimization
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
