Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize invoice workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Oversee payment processing and ensure timely disbursements
- Conduct month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor management
- Implement process improvements for efficiency gains
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of sales/use tax compliance
