Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow and vendor relationships
- Implement daily pay protocols for eligible employees and contractors
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on financial controls
- Analyze AP data for cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and payment regulations
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
