Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliation
- Implement and optimize automation tools for invoice processing and payment workflows
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Collaborate with procurement team to resolve payment disputes and maintain vendor relationships
- Analyze payment trends and recommend process improvements using data-driven insights
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal financial policies
- Lead month-end closing activities and support financial reporting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
- 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Proven experience implementing AP automation technologies (e.g., Coupa, Tipalti)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to reconcile complex accounts
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to thrive in remote work environment with minimal supervision
