Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies daily
- Provide exceptional service to 50+ customers daily
- Cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, loans) based on client needs
- Adhere to BSA/AML regulations and security protocols
- Maintain organized workstations and confidential records
- Participate in quarterly branch audits and training updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays (rotating schedule)
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain Series 6/63 licenses post-training
