Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within SLAs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize invoice approval workflows for efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on payment strategies
- Implement and maintain internal controls for AP processes
- Lead month-end closing activities for accounts payable
- Analyze vendor spend patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Train AP team members on system updates and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) or equivalent
- Expertise in 3-way matching and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
