Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Manage 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor relations
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Expertise in invoice processing and payment cycles
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (AP, CAPP, or similar) preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
