Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion of financial statements
- Process payroll transactions and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis to identify discrepancies
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial data
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) to streamline financial operations
- Adhere to GAAP principles and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting practices
