Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Optimize payment cycles using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on vendor management
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Analyze AP metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-sized enterprise
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
