Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume invoice processing with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate 3-way matching for POs, receipts, and invoices
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts
- Lead month-end closing reconciliation processes
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for AP workflows
- Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor terms
- Analyze aging reports to resolve discrepancies proactively
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Expertise in 1099 vendor management and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to process 500+ invoices monthly
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with international payment processing
