- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile GL accounts and prepare month-end reports
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Excel
- Collaborate with procurement and audit teams
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel functions
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
