Responsibilities
- Streamline end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Optimize invoice verification, coding, and payment workflows
- Conduct quarterly vendor statement reconciliations
- Lead month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor relationship management
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
