Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete.
- Enter data into the ERP system with a high degree of precision.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and issue payments via ACH and wire transfers.
- Assist with the month-end closing process and financial reporting preparation.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP workflow is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
