Responsibilities
- Process and verify 200+ invoices weekly ensuring accuracy and timely payment
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts and maintain detailed financial records
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and Oracle systems
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements for efficiency gains
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and vendor management abilities
