- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly

- Lead month-end closing activities and audit preparations
- Train junior AP staff on system protocols

Qualifications
- 5+ years of AP experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
