Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate bank-provided equipment including cash drawers, check scanners, and ATMs
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Assist with marketing bank products and services to customers
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations as needed by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with banking equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software
- FBI background check and credit check required
