Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, GA tax laws, and IRS regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end tax forms (W-2/1099)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll processes
- Implement continuous payroll process improvements
- Conduct internal payroll audits quarterly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of GA state payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
