Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support strategic business decisions
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budget reports with 95%+ accuracy
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance dashboards for executive leadership review
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for capital expenditures and investment opportunities
- Streamline financial reporting processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Support M&A due diligence through financial valuation and risk assessment
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or energy sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in GAAP/IFRS compliance standards
