Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across NY, PA, and OH
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2/1099 documents
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements using payroll analytics
- Train staff on updated payroll procedures and systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll platforms
- FPC or CPP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal/state wage laws and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with time and attendance systems (e.g., Kronos)
