Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Optimize invoice workflows to achieve 98%+ on-time payment accuracy
- Conduct month-end closing activities and reconcile AP sub-ledgers
- Analyze vendor terms to maximize early payment discounts
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Collaborate with auditors during financial compliance reviews
- Maintain vendor master data integrity and communication protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and audit trails
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in multi-state tax compliance and 1099 processing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
