Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment execution
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Optimize AP workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and automation tools
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor contracts and payment terms
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Analyze AP data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with AP automation tools (e.g., Tipalti, Coupa)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
