Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense report reconciliation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Optimize payment cycles and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to resolve payment issues
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
