Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage 3-way matching for PO-based transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for payment term negotiations
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite ERP
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP functions
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Proven expertise in 3-way matching and PO processing
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical skills for discrepancy resolution
- Experience managing vendor relationships and payment terms
