Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end invoice processing for 500+ vendors using SAP and Coupa
- Design and implement 3-way matching protocols for high-volume transactions
- Manage international payment processing across 15+ currencies
- Analyze AP aging reports and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with auditors during SOX compliance reviews
- Mentor junior AP specialists on best practices
- Optimize early payment discount capture strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in tech or professional services
- Expert proficiency in SAP FI-AP module and Coupa procurement systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Proven success with complex international payment processing
- Advanced Excel skills with Power BI experience
- Experience implementing AP automation tools (e.g., Tipalti, Bill.com)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
