Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Optimize AP workflows using NetSuite ERP to achieve 99%+ on-time payment accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to implement cost-saving initiatives
- Lead month-end closing activities and AP-related audits
- Maintain compliant vendor master data and payment terms documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite ERP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation preferred
- Proven experience implementing AP automation tools (e.g., Coupa, Tipalti)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
